Tables and two-tops.
The usual reservation. Window booths are asked for, not promised, except when you write early for a Sunday talk or a Friday trio.
Carmel Center · Haifa
Forty-eight seats. Reservations recommended every night, and essential on trio weekends and sleeve talks.
Parking on HaNassi
Street spaces on HaNassi fill early on Friday and Saturday. Use the Carmel Center municipal lots a short walk from the brass plate, or come by taxi — drivers know 41. From the ridge hotels it is easier on foot than in a car hunting a space while the first side is already running.
Do not idle at the door with the engine open, and do not leave a vehicle on the crossing. If you arrive late, park first, then wait at the coat rail. We will not hold a needle so a car can finish a loop of the avenue.
The slope after six — walk or taxi when the avenue is full
Accessibility
The entrance has a single step. Staff keep a portable ramp and will place it if you note it on the form or by phone. The accessible WC is off the coat rail, not through the jazz corner. Booth 1 and the first bar stool can be held for a guest who needs a short transfer or a clearer path — write it, do not hope the aisle is empty.
Table cards in a larger hand are available on request. We cannot flatten the whole room — it is an older interior on the slope — but we will not seat you in the last row if you asked for the first.

Party size
The usual reservation. Window booths are asked for, not promised, except when you write early for a Sunday talk or a Friday trio.
We will not add a seventh chair in the aisle. If your party grows on the night, the extra name waits for a walk-in seat or comes another evening.
Rare, and never bargained while a side is playing. Monday is closed; a buyout is a separate letter to the door, not a standing party with extra glasses.
Cancellation
Cancel a midweek listening night at least twenty-four hours ahead by phone or email. Trio nights and sleeve talks need forty-eight hours when you can — those cards fill, and a late hole is hard to offer fairly. There is no card deposit on this form. A no-show after the fifteen-minute hold returns the seat to the walk-in list.
If you are delayed, call +972 4 837 2290 before the reserved time. We can hold through the next run-out; we cannot hold through a whole album while the room is full.
A released chair is a courtesy to the next guest
Door phone
The entrance sits under a small brass plate on HaNassi. The door phone is to the left of the plate. Ring once and wait. Do not hold the buzzer through a ballad — the handset is heard at the coat rail, and staff will come at the run-out if they are seating another table.
If no one answers during a side, wait two minutes and ring again, or call the house line. Do not knock the glass. The curtains on the avenue are there so the street stays outside.
Inside the plate — staff hear the ring at the rail
